What you should know about me:
I am a South Dakota native born east of the Missouri river in a small town called Huron. My father served in the army and while he was in the service he sang and played harmonica to entertain the troops. My mother taught Sunday school and served in the church for many years. She worked for Sears and Roebuck always had the best style. I have 4 brothers, two older than I and two younger. Being in the middle and the only girl definitely had its challenges!

We grew up in the church, sang in the choir and played special music for holiday events etc. We were poor and I would get hand-me-downs or we would shop the rummage sales and the clearance racks in the department stores. Funny thing is I didn’t really know I was poor. We had Jesus and we had us.

I have been working at KSLT for over 12 years now. I have worked in many roles. Office manager, Sales, Fundraising, and weekend DJ for KLMP 88.3 The Light, 97.9 The Breeze, and now Saturdays mid-day on 107.1 KSLT. Music and ministry are definitely my passions. I enjoy doing things outdoors with my family and my dog Maddie.

My family:
My husband Scott Pack and I have been married for 30 years… we have spent a great deal of our time together playing music. Scott and I played professionally for over 18 years in local bands and on worship teams in area churches. We have two daughters, Sami and Angela. One granddaughter Addie May and one doggie named Maddie she is a Maltese, Shi-tsu, poodle mix

Favorite Quote:
“Try to keep your soul always in peace and quiet, always ready for whatever our Lord may wish to work in you. It is certainly a higher virtue of the soul, and a greater grace, to be able to enjoy the Lord in different times and different places than in only one.” – Ignatius of Loyola

Favorite Verse:
1 Corinthians 13:4-8
“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.”

Favorite food:
I love all kinds of food… lately I have been working on keeping more healthy choices around. Anything on the grill… vegetables, seafood, chicken or steak.

Which artist makes you turn it up?
There are so many to choose from. Lately I have been listening to Cain. Great harmonies and awesome song writing.

When I’m not on the radio, you’ll find me:
Hiking and Kayaking in the Black Hills of South Dakota. I enjoy playing and listening to music. I like long walks with my dog Maddie.
