You’re invited to bring your family to this wonderful FREE event being held at Outlaw Square on Historic Main Street in the heart of Deadwood. Preacher Smith (Henry Weston Smith) was Deadwood’s first preacher and was the first preacher of any denomination in the gold rush town. The 3rd weekend of August was when he was found slain outside of Deadwood. This will be 146th year since that day and we wanted to a day to recognize him.

This a wonderful family friendly event that will be begin at 6 pm with the group 6:33 opening up the evening following by the gentleman who got his start by finishing 3rd on American Idol and then sky rocketing to great heights in the Christian recording world – Danny Gokey will be live on the Sue Lundberg Memorial Stage at 8 pm.
