Our guest speaker is Richard Y. Newton, retired three-star general. He and his family had two tours of duty at Ellsworth AFB flying the B-1B bomber in addition to commanding the 28th Operations Group. He served 34 years on active duty culminating as the Assistant Vice Chief of Staff of the United States Air Force.
