RC – Fire Fund for Family Who Lost Home A fire fund has been established for the Tuma Reyes family. Their Rapid City home sustained major damage during a fire. Two adults and five children were displaced. Interested individuals can make monetary donations to the “Tuma Reyes Family Fire Fund” at any Black Hills FCU. FMI: 342.4010
RC – Cherry Berry Fundraiser MONDAYS in May RC Teen Bible Quiz qualified to compete at the National competition in Chicago, IL. Cherry Berry on Sheridan Lake Rd. is donating a portion of sales from 4-9pm every Monday in May to offset the cost of this trip.
Keystone – Give Your Opinion on Hiking Trails/Climbing Areas Mt Rushmore Natl’ Memorial welcomes the public to review and comment on the Environmental Assessment (EA) on hiking trails to climbing areas found in the park. The EA, reviewed by the National Park Service’s Midwest Regional Office, is available for comment: http://parkplanning.nps.gov
RC – Bug City Music Festival at the Dahl Like traveling vaudeville shows decades before, Hedlund and Running combine vignettes, slapstick, musical ballads, production numbers, and one acts then add mask, puppet and movement theater.
